Wrinkle fighting foods

If you are like me, you can sometimes be a sucker for the latest skin care product that promises to erase wrinkles, balance skin tone, and increase glow. Who doesn’t want more glow?  We all know there is no such thing as youth in a bottle, but Mother Nature has provided us the closest thing to finding the Fountain of Youth- our FOOD!

Organic fruits and vegetables, water and exercise can boost the health of your skin better than anything you’ll ever find over the counter or in a package. Let’s take a look at some food based ingredients found in beauty products and how you can get your fill naturally.

Vitamin C rich foods help can help to prevent wrinkles and ease skin dryness, they also fight against free radical damage and help to increase much needed collagen production- so no wonder it is found in so many beauty products. Consume foods like citrus, strawberries, blueberries and bell peppers on the daily.
