There is no “one size fits all” approach when it comes to your health, this may be why you find the world of nutrition so confusing! Paleo, Atkins, vegetarian or raw diet? Which one is “right” when they all of them claim results? Both my Single Session and my Signature Coaching Programs design a “diet” unique for YOU based on your specific taste in food, bio-hormonal and food sensitivities, and your lifestyle demands.
Using nutrition science from Eastern and Western dietary theories, combined with some fundamentals of Positive Psychology and holistic modalities, my programs create a clear direction for the future of your health. I don’t teach you a diet, or how to live ‘without’ – I teach you how to create a life overflowing with delicious happiness.
